How do I order from greenware design?
Go to our shop page to see what we have available in our etsy shop. Click on any of them to be linked to the shop. There you will find detailed information. To purchase click on the green Add To Cart button. After clicking this, you will then review and confirm your purchase. Remember to register with etsy before you place your first order.

What is etsy?
Etsy is Your Place to Buy & Sell All Things Handmade. There are tons of really great items for sale from a wide range of catagories, like art, ceramics & pottery, clothing, jewelry, housewares, paper goods, plants & edibles and many more. The items are constantly changing so please visit often and support the makers of handcrafted goods.

Are your plants cuttings?
Yes, we use cuttings rather than rooted plants. We pin the cuttings into a bed of moss with a layer of soil underneath which gives them enough organic matter to root and grow. Rooted plants require much more soil than cuttings which make them too messy and heavy to ship effectively.

How long will the plants last?
It's hard to say...as with any living thing there is no guarantee. But with the right amount of sun and water the plants can thrive up to three or four months sometimes even longer. And after that you still have the ceramic planter to either replant or put collectibles in or just display on its own.

How should I take care of the plants?
The trick is not to overwater them. We've found that using a spray bottle works best. Just spray around the succulents, down into the moss, enough so that the moss is saturated. Depending on how dry it is where you live and how much sun the planter is getting, you should do this once a week or so. If the leaves start to look wrinkled then it's thirsty and it's time to water.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship via UPS. After some trial and error (using friends not paying customers!), we have figured out the best way to package the planters so they arrive in one piece. Please open the box upon delivery to give the plants fresh air and light.

Why will my order take up to two weeks before being shipped?
Each planter is an original and is produced and planted at time of order to ensure you receive the freshest, healthiest arrangement possible.

Do you take custom orders?
We do. This allows you to specify size, color and shape of the ceramic planter. Send us an e-mail and we'll work out the details.
